Banned/Blocked Dont Understand Why

I had just started playing L2 again after a really long time about 2 days ago. I tried to log in today and my account is perma blocked....what the hell is going on? I dont bot and I dont spend real money on fake game things. I dont know how this happened, why it happened and i am not getting a response on my ticket that i submitted.



I wanted to play tonight before i go to bed for work tomorrow and now i wont get the chance.
