Werehouse Problems: Only Clan Leader is Enable

My problem is that the members of my clan cant take items from wherehouse even when they have a rank with rights to do that, they just can look the items but cant take any (just me as leader can take the items), when they try to take the item this message appear:



Only the clan leader is enabled.

Failed to Retieve item from the clan wherehouse



(please note that i know that in Edit Auth i must give rights to a rank to take items "Werehouse Search"



and i know too that i must change the rank of the member that i want let take items to a rank that have these rights



i already DO this 2 steps but even that THEY CANT TAKE ITEMS, they just look them... i dont know what can i do.



please note too, that in the clan werehouse isnt any special item, just normal items like potions or ss or bss)
