Tattoos

Wow, I should know this after playing for a couple years, but I'm here at work and can't log in to check.... Do tattoos effect your dual class as well? I recently changed my dual class of my ISS to a class I actually enjoy..and I'd like to do some things to it to make it perform, then I started thinking about tattoos just now. Do the tattoos I already have applied work for both my main class as well as my dual class? Thank you so much for the answers!
