Sigel aggro

hey there, could u please explain me how to aggro RB? Because I am spamming those two aggros and one pull skill as my dual is 87 yet, but seems RBs don't even pay attention to that. I tried to change auras, tried with all of them, but as long as it comes to aggro non of them add bonus, even that Challenge Aura which increase aggro power. The level difference might be 2 or 3 tops, but come on.. I should be able to aggro RBs at least for 3-5 sec on me, to give a break to my party :)
