New Noblesse Thing Wynn Sevitor Bezerk

Hello. I have a 95 Wynn which is Noble and I was wondering how I acquire the new Bezerk thing for 15 seconds for the sevitors. Is this like a 99 thing with Rune books or is it different. Thanks
