What I've discovered recently when I hit 75 with my char is that there're a few dailies which instruct one to hunt monsters in areas which are far too small and crowded, rendering it close to impossible to finish ones own quest.
An example is the quest in Shrine of Loyalty where one needs to gather 77 items and we all know the drop rates + added to it there are only two very small rooms although filled with mobs also filled with lots of players/bots.
The suggestion here is to enlarge the area at least by one or two rooms with the same monsters.
