Why there is no communication?
Understand that there is lots of rage and spams, but in my opinion they should pick some threads to answer, and i am not talking about shallow answers like "we gonna do it, be patient, it takes time" and so on, they should be more explanatory, to let people know what is going on.
Feels like NCsoft is empty, what u get is l2store updates and weekly maintenance which is auto :)
Could be some monthly FAQs or something to let us know that there is being done something, going towards some improvement or something :)
