Frequent Disconnects

For the last five days or so I've been disconnecting at least six times a day and it's strange the way it happens. I'm usually private chatting with a friend. I'll type a message and hit enter and then WHAMM, that splash screen appears (like the one when you hit restart) and I need to login again. All my other toons that I have logged disconnect immediately after this happens.



Anyone have any ideas as to what in the world is going on here? This is really ticking me off.
