Wanna ban farmer bots with 0% chance of banning a character that may be played by a real (paying) player?
Simple:
Check their skill bars, whcih are stored server side.... if they don't have any skills on them yet the character is constantly using skills in the hunting ground... then they are RMT farmer bots.

If it was ever played live it'd need the skills on the hotbar, it's impossible for a player to keep typing /useskill xxxxx in manually all of the time.
This way you'll never ban someone who's actually playing and actually paying money.... the farmers will work round it eventually, but it'd work for a while.
