banned?

Hello, today i was changing emails on my boxes like a 2hours ago, and now when i tryed to log one of them it shows it get banned, when i try to log rest of them it shows they are banned to, on web it write "permanently blocked" so i even cant log on them. i want to know what a *****? i dont use this accounts for a months, had a breake from l2, noone else have aces to them and today they was able to log befor and after changing email, and now 2h later banned? can someone tell me why? what a *****? i spend realy a lot time for lvling them up and banned for nothink?

there are topics about ppl using bot and noone cares and i change email and get banned? wtf...
