Problem with mails not getting through?

I'm not sure if it's the right section but I need some help.



For some reason I'm not recieving the e-mail from ncsoft with the verification code to log in to account manager.



I was gonna claim the S-grade gear from path of awakening but obviously my IP changed so I need to verify again.



Why am I not getting the e-mails anymore? I got them before and been able to claim previous gear.



I can't post a support ticket as I can't log in. :confused: I don't know what the problem can be.
