With the series of recent bans that have taken place lately; we thought it would be the perfect time to discuss the Lineage II third-party program (Bots) violation policy.
The use of third-party software to automate gameplay is a bannable offense.

How To Properly Report Bots
If you suspect another player of using a bot program, please report them to our Customer Support.
This will allow us to have a central hub for all suspected bot reports, making the investigation process more efficient.
When you submit the report, please make sure to provide the following information:
Reported character name(s)
Server
Description that includes map location and bot behavior
Your submission should look something like this:

People like to post all over the forum, accusing everyone of being a botter. That's not an effective means of reporting a player suspected of botting and will most likely go unaddressed.
Because of that and the unnecessary threads and drama that come with it, accusing other players of botting is not allowed on our forum. Action will be taken on those that accuse other players on the forum. We're quite clear about that in our Official Lineage II Forum Rules.
We understand and appreciate your efforts to make Lineage II a better game, we just ask you follow that correct procedures to do that.

Until when you are going to take us the real players for fools ?... just a simple plain question to the Lords of this should be beautifull game .....
