New player, needs help

Hi

I recently came back to lineage 2 after years away. The game has changed alot since i played it. I was hoping people on forums would help me with a some advice.

I just awoke my first char ever. Ended up making a Yul Saggitarius.

Main question is:
Where do i go from now? I had a mentor leveling up, which gave me some nice gear at 85.

Do i just continue the grind at keep leveling, or do i start focusing on loot and making money for new items?

What about dyes and tatoos ? The R-grade dyes seems very expensive, is it better to just stick with the cheap ones from store for now, and wait with the expensive ones?

Hope anyone is willing to help out, a noob like my :)
