Almost every skill description is currently broken at the moment, some being worse than others. Most notably, the % symbol is missing entirely from all skills.
Another one that I found funny was 'Right Sidestep' - "Decreases enemy's resistance to Fist weapons by for 5 seconds 10". that is exactly what it says.
