Can NCsoft consider change the New XP Rune IV from the New Hero Boxes into 100+ Level range aswell?
XP Rune I (1-85)
XP Rune II (1-95)
XP Rune III (1-100+)
XP Rune IV (1-99 atm) imo should be 100+ aswell. Rune IV feels like a downgrade to me. It would benefit both buyer and seller if it has the same effect as XP Rune III.
