Someone can put me up to date? please

Hi, im an "old" l2 player in magmeld server, I heard from a friend that they delete all accounts that are not migrated is this true? OMG i want to know if i need start from 0 i had like 1 year offline and i want to play again but with my old char... I never receive any warning email :(
