I have +3CON Outlaw's Eyepatch, +3CON Party Mask & Raccoon Ears (not the old ones that mention the word Pendant)

I want +3CON Raccoon Ears (I've always looked cool in those)

Is there a way to do it (aside from appearance)? I don't really know how the Pendant system works ^^'
