Website error message while ingame

For 2 weeks or maybe more while ingame and try to use option to go to website I get a message on the screen saying something like "Opps there is an error on our side check back later" I think this has caused other issues also, I have to use the l2 launcher and click on the banner to come to forums or use codes, the last 2 bonus codes that ncsoft sent me for using Game Stop cards don't seem to work in the window that I am sent to to apply codes. Was there a change on the appearance of the "Apply Code Screen" because I don't see the old option of apply ingame items either?
