I see there has been recent upgrading in the Account Management System, that's a good thing, but I have been encountering these issues :-
1. Billing Info Edit - The fields State/Region & Country are *required*, but when you try to access the pull-down menu, nothing shows up. It's just blank. So you may never successfully edit this field & leave the window.
2. Billing Info Edit - The field Phone Number/Info is now *required* ... previously you could just enter 'N/A.' and the system would accept it. What if you are not a US resident and/or do not possess an American phone number, or do not own a cell phone in your country? This info is now *required*, so you may never successfully edit this field & leave the window.
3. Cannot Change Password - 1. You enter your old password, 2. enter your new password, and 3. confirm on your new password, and then 4. Click on 'OK' button, but the 'OK' button is unresponsive. Doesn't save the process, doesn't do anything. Please check this, i can't change my password.

For 1 & 2 above, you better check it out ASAP as presently, during the NCoin purchase process, you invariably have to pass the Billing Info Edit page, and ppl who can't update the page successfully cannot proceed to make their purchases. Players DON'T have a choice, whether you want to edit your old billing info or not the Billing Info Edit page comes up during the purchase process.
