Beta archer out of hidding

Alright i took my Beta archer out of hidding but its been so long im not sure how to gear him.


my info:
- lvl 89 light elf archer
- PVE build
- +6 apo bow 2sa/ele
- +3 TW light set

What i need to know:
- witch tats to use?
- witch accessory/mask?
- witch boss jewels



Places to solo lvl:

- Looking for a place to Solo target lvl. A place where mobs are not group agro but solo. lvl 89
