Brooches

I would like to see brooches as a permanent addition to l2store. The bonuses the jewels give are quite powerful. For players such as myself who missed out on the last brooch event, even though jewels are still easily accessible on the server, getting a brooch is close to impossible - or at a ridiculously high price.

It might be just a 2/3 slot brooch, keep the 4-slot one as limited time.
