Understanding Naia server

Hello everybody, i`m new to this L2. I`m not new to L2 i`ve played from C2 to Grazia final. After that i stoped. So i need you to explain to me how this server works. I mean leveling

-what is the point of mentee/mentor

-how to get rich fast... or die trying xD

-which classes are better at PvP

-etc.
