Quest Ministrels Song

I lost continuity Quest Ministrels Song, and do not know how to continue it, now when I connect I do not appear in the list of quest, and not let me take the other invitations to re-enter instances without having completed Ministrels quest Song. I would like to do this quest reset but not how.
