LF Help: How to report a bot and see a good job from game master?

I report at least 100 bots in last 45 days and never see a good job from staff. All my report tickets are "solved" and sometimes I need open again a new petition with new screenshots and write again bot names because the GM's permanent close the petition.



My question is: with new update, there is a new way to report bots and see a GM working to kick bots or the current GM plans is bot for free and report is a waste of time like Valiance chronicle?

And petitions solved and closed. (and bots still boting, obvious)
