[Bug] Eminent Attak Moverment

This is either a bug or just an incorrect description, however the description for Eminent Attack Movement is as follows:

Quote:

Speed increases every time you receive damage

However, I do not gain the effect of Battle Rush every time I take damage, it seems like it is more of a chance effect.
