Unattackable Red

Yesterday I was roaming through GF looking for Dimensional chests and avoiding those insane archers when I saw something on top of the glowing orb tower. Then saw some red summons and got the name of the red toon. Somehow the red is on top of the tower and cant be attacked, but he can attack others to protect his 24/7 auto party (If you know what I mean). I feel it is a terrain exploit as he can attack others but can't be attacked. I sent in a ticket with a screenshot.

Just asking for the guy to be moved off the tower where he can be dealt with.
