Patch notes tyrr barrier

barrier dont work now if u hit?, is they way for tyrr to defend form exagerated chars like othel or feoh



maybe better fix theml, is absurd that they can win in olym or in pvp just giving one hit



not to me :) but to many they do , is absurd
