Lineage 2 F2 Freeze Game

I have windows 8.1 and when i am playing lineage 2 and i press f2 the game freeze and crash and a window popup from windows saying "The exception unkown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x06d1c2b7." And after that my arrow keys on keyboard doesn't work and when i try to open again the lineage 2 it doesn't start saying L2.bin has stopped working.



I need a solution please.
