I'm new player planinng to start this game. Can someone help me with explaining how i get items in this game to pwn everyone.
In game players adviced to check one link and found items required for me

so few questions:
1. is these shops is legal and i would be not banned - is this shop supported by ncsoft only with other link (why they didnt post on official page or didnt put such items in game for $)? in forum didnt find any post with link of legal shops -who can share? thx in advance.
2. is these itmes will help me to pwn everyone and become hero? or i need more to become hero? please recomend how i can achieve that.
3. saw lot players in field bu they didnt comunicate with me? what i need to get in party with them, or i can dont bother and get 99 from start if this posible legal way?
p.s. sorry if making some mistakes im noob here and want to get items to win.
