Best jewel

Since the beginning I heard a lot about some jewels that some raid bosses drop. Never had the chance or the level to get those. So, as curious, what's the best pack of these drops/quests/ olym, and others??!



Of course, I'm more curious for my swm iss, but still, what would you recommend as the best pack.
