As the Sigel Knight recovers mana, alone?

How to recover or reduce consumption of mana sigel Knight (tank)? What new skills (or old) and is used as a handhold them combine? Any tutorial about? I do not know regain my mana that both speak to me.



I'm two years without playing and returned a few days. If you have any new skill that Tank won those two years that is relevant, tell me about it. Grateful for the explanation.
