How's Everyone leveling after LvL99?

Let me paraphrase the question.

What's the Most efficient way to Level after LvL99?
and also cost effective?

I've been doing K95 Duo and with Destiny pack(100% Exp rune) + Vitality maintenance potion + 50% exp potion + Mphr's scroll (200% bonus);
and at level 98, I got 10B+ exp per K95 run and was getting about 1.75% per run and 3.5% a day(2 runs with extra pass)

Now that I am level 99, using the same system, 10B exp = 0.3% LOL
Even if I use K95 Pass everyday, i.e. 0.6% a day, it's gonna take more than 165 days to become LvL100.

I am sure there's gotta be a better way...
What's the most effective way to Level post LvL99?
and what will be the most cost effective?

Please don't even mention PwLvLing. I've already turned down the offer from someone to make me 95-99 in 3 days cuz I wanted to do it myself.

Ideally using 200% rune 7days + full vitality all the time + freya scroll all the time will be the best but godly expensive.
200% 7 day rune = 4480 Ncoins, 1 month = 18,000+ Ncoins.
Well I have Iss Box also so it's actually 2 x 18,000 = 36,000 Ncoins a month = $450 USD.(My god...they really need to revise the price for runes...$450 a month!??)

Vitality maintenance potion is on sale for 1 potion = 80 Ncoins = $1USD for 1 hr... so If I play my toon for 200 hrs a month = $200 a month just for the VM potions. ($400 a month in my case with Iss Box, and that's with Speicial sale Discount! LOL!)

I am thinking...well...after LvL100 there is LvL 101 and LvL102 beyond...
I am wondering for how long I should be doing this...and is this really worth it?
