L2 Store

I am not able to purchase Items from the L2 store - I have submitted 2 tickets and have gotten no help. On my wife's account the l2 store works fine but my account wont allow me to select an item to purchase. I have sufficient coins etc. http://ift.tt/1QeOIPv is my 2nd ticket they told me to:

The issue you've run into is most likely an issue with the L2 store window being located off-screen and the window you're seeing is actually a sort of ghost image. To fix the problem, please do the following:

Go to your Lineage II/System folder.
Delete the "Windowsinfo.ini" file.
Launch the NCLauncher and perform a file check/repair on Lineage II.
Log into Lineage II and press Alt + Shift + O to bring up the Options menu. Click "Reset Window Location" button.

I did what they asked me to do and it did not work but have had no further reply since then. so now how do i get to use my store?
