As many of you are already aware, the Kartia and Baylor instances have been awarding less than the expected amount of XP since the maintenance on February 10, 2016.
While we’re working towards a fix, we will be adding three buffs to all servers: Dragon Buff, Angel Cat Buff, and full ISS Enchanter buffs from Bora NPC. These buffs will remain in game until the issues with the XP rates have been resolved, which is currently planned for the maintenance on February 17, 2016.
