Is it worth coming back?

Nowadays there are a lot of very diverse games to play but most of these online games seem to be boring to me so as a guy who used to love playing this game I'm wondering if it's worth coming back and starting from zero and still enjoying while playing it. Also, I'm wondering how much time it takes to get to lvl 85 as I've read that you can hit lvl 85 pretty fast but I'd like to know how that works exactly.

And one last question, do many people still play this game? Is it still full of clans like the old times? Gonna start downloading it depending on your answers lol
