So I leveled my Feoh dual to 99 after reaching 100 Aeore on my main. I have all of the Istina items, 16 AP and the Event weapon. I use the R95 Armor w/Magic type enchant.
My "combo" ( and I use that term loosely considering how pathetic it is ) hits for an abysmal amount in K99. I consider myself lucky if I crit for 3k on one of the bosses with rose etc up. Archer auto attack ( something we don't even have ) does what, double? Othell damage? Off the charts...and they can just stand there and flank the boss if they feel like it. The tradeoff? There isn't one. Some will say Feoh gets great AOE, but you don't kill bosses with AOE and Yul probably has more AOE output.
The worst part about all of this is that Aqua Crash actually seems to do more damage *overall* and is spammable for less mana. It feels like the class is unfinished or that every raid boss in the game has entirely too much Mdef. I can hit a mob next to Ariarc for 70k and then use the same spell on Ariarc and do 700, reliably. How the **** does doing 1/100 on a boss of what you do on an add occur in ANY GAME? Well, we can't make a comparison because L2 is the only one this borked.
How is a class this crippled, this late in the game? It's inexcusable for this day and age, and to say that a solution is forthcoming in "months" makes it even more pathetic. It shows how little you can accomplish as developers. This is hotfix type ****, not "we have to look at it" type ****.
This really makes me wonder how a company can be so incompetent and so out of touch with a product. Too busy trying to figure out what you can sell on the NCStore next? Maybe you should take your heads out of your ***** for 15 minutes and address balance issues in UNDER A YEAR so that there are people left to sell to!
