Banned for spending to much?!!

So I came back to the game after 5 years after the Zaken server came out. I thought this is my chance to keep up with everyone and buy Ncoin if needed. I have played on Zaken for the last 2 months and over the course of that time I have spent roughly $5500 USD. This is between paypal purchases though the lineage 2 site its self and buying cards at gamestop. I have had no issues until yesterday. I spent $600 on Ncoin, again though their website, with the same paypal as before, and 2 hours after my purchase I was logged out. When I tried to log back in the error msg said account was locked due to suspicious activity?
After providing all information asked of me, and providing screenshots of my paypal activity and Ncoin purchased from Gamestop my account is still locked. I have gotten no answers as to what happened or why it was locked in the first place. Has this happened to anyone else? I tried calling the NC fraud phone number but I didn't get a call back. I have put in multiple tickets and only heard that my account was locked for suspicious activity and will remain locked. Really NCsoft? Is this how you treat your paying customers? We are the ones still supporting this game after 12+ years, why am I not getting any help on this issue? Why would my account be flagged at all? I have been reading this has happened alot with Blade and Soul lately, but L2? If you other players have an issue with me buying coins thats fine, but to allow a game company to exploit paying customers like this is wrong and we need this problem brought to light and fixed. I for one will never spend a $ on a NCsoft game again.
Some mod please reach out to me and help me with my account. This is wrong. You dont happily take money from someone and then just close their account for buying large amounts of Ncoin. Do I need to take some kind of legal action?
