1 years ago GMs banned my accounts. For a long time they couldn't tell me the reason. Then they told me the reason is account sharing, after few month reason was that I theft something. Now 1 years later GMs tell me that I theft account. And they even don't tell me which account I theft. They don't tell me the name. I have they absolutely all info about my accounts (e-mail, CD-key, login, passwords, questions, name and last name, address etc.) Even with first CD-key. GMs tell me that ban is permanent.
After big amount of tickets they told me that penalty for ban only 7 days. But then GMs apologized for the mistake and told that ban I permanent. Too much mistakes. GMs don’t want to work and sometimes are very rude. Most of time they just close my tickets or copy paste answers of each other.
Someone had the same problem? How contact with the head Game Master ?
