XP bottles

Is it possible to reap the reward from the xp bottle agathion if you pop the agathian out when the last kartia boss and obtain more than a single bottle?

I would prefer not to hear "its a waste" to use it at this level etc.

With the boost to kartia im curious if you would obtain multiple bottles at once or if you might obtain several.
