Change Shadow Wep Element

Before underground update i used to change element to shadow weps with the event change stone that works with r r95 and r99 weps, but now the stone don't recognize the wep and cant change attribute now =/

I revised patch notes and there wasnt any info if its intended or there's another issue with the update.

Any can say me if you have the same problem or its intended by dev this change =/
