I would like to ask about the passive skill: Dignity of the Exalted lvl 3.
I remember that with lvl 3, stat + 3 all.
I have just finished all the Exalted Q and used the skillbook but my passive skill is still + 1 stat all. The name of the skill is lvl 3 also.
Is it a bug or the stat just + 1 for lvl 3?
