Crit stun SA

On a dynasty pole with crit stun that was made and had the SA from before underground update the crit stun is broken.

I bought a 1 nccoin weapon pack for SG and the +4 dynasty pole with crit stun works like it should.

Please check into this juji as it 100% is failing on the pre underground update and works like a champ from the ncstore weapon pack.
