For all of you, Noobzors, Noob-Cakes out there,
Here are some things I want you to remember as you play Lineage2.
Remember these and you shall ALL Be Happy!
1. There is nothing you have to do in L2.
You play if you wanna play; you don't if you don't wanna play.
Go fishing if you want.
Run around in circles if you want.
Buy and sell in Giran if you want.
you can Raid, PvP, or just chat...
you can do whatever you want!
2. the distance between 99% and 100% is 100 times more than
1%-99% in L2.
DON'T BE A PERFECTIONIST...
This is especially true when you become obssessed with perfect
gears. Learn to be content with what you have and be wise
to spend your adena.
e.g. My first LvL 3 Diamond, I made with 10 x lvl 1 gems...
I could've been happy with level 3, but I went for level 5....
The result?
LvL 4 diamond I got after 600 x LvL 1 diamond spent...
Yep...just 1 x LvL 4 left.
There is not much difference between +5 and +7
or + 10 and +12...
They all work about the same.
In PvE at least, as long as you have the proper gear for your level,
they don't need to be high enchanted.
3. Stay away from Enchanting and your adena will grow.
I saw someone with +12 bloody bow but wanted + 15.....
so he enchated....then....became a R-crystal millionare...
Don't be like him!
4. Have your own goal and work towards that goal.
You wanna get to a high level ASAP? then go for it!
Go level day and night or whenever you can!
If you direct your focus, you will get there!
You like to collect and get stuff from mobs and like to watch
your adena grow? then go play Fortune!
You wanna be the richest merchant in L2?
then get into buy-and-sell~
You can do whatever you want, and don't let anyone else tell
you what you should be doing.
5. Set your limits.
The Law of diminishing return is 100% amplified in L2.
Don't spend too much time.
Don't spend too much money.
Learn to be happy with what you have and enjoy.
Happiness is in your mind.

Does NC-soft have a believer in them any more?
or just money hungry salesmen?
I am just wondering...
cuz...To be a truly good salesman, you gotta believe in the product
that you are selling...
If you don't truly believe in what you are selling, you are not gonna
be a good salesman.
L2 is not doinig great...it's a sign NC doesn't believe in L2 anymore?
Still, there are people who are willing to spend thousands of USD a month,
which means the game itself is still good.
Maybe, NC needs to fire the current management team in their home
land company and have a brand new management team made with
believers?
There is a big difference in performance when people who care for their job
DO Their JOB; and when people who just do their job for the money
DO Their JOB.
Has anyone in the current L2 management team in homeland ever
even played L2 at all? and know what it is like to pick adena for shots...?
