CrYstals R , R95 , R99

As concerning the crystals giving SA to weapons , what will be with the Quests??? Nothing giving marks for Q at teredor/Epic/cc
Where else can we find crystals? Ok some ppl have adena to buy but someone who start now and approach 85lvl will be w/o Sa????
