Very low = % ?

Well, I was considering trying my "luck" with the regular weapons you can get when renting a +6 weapon from event, but before that I would like to know what is the % of the "very low" option, any1 know?


I would also like to know if all ítems from the event boxes has the same %, or tauti/kelvin and other nice things have ridiculous % or the same chance of any other ítem?
