As Title says looking for crafter Recipe: Citrine Pendant 10%.
LVL 14 Rec, cannot be traded, its part of Honor Quest, cant learn as i'm not a maestro on main class. NPC Maestro Ishuma doesn't have any option to craft it as it says in Quest Info only maestro can craft it.
Any advice please? Thank you.
