Big latency problem

Hello guys, I having big latency in this and all others servers.. My friend has no lag, but I have... I dont know why. I never had lags on all other games but only in Lineage II....
I've very good internet connection everything is really fine, but I've 1 or 2 second latency on l2 :(
Please help me
