Honestly with all of these bots in CoC I was thinking why not make it a level 99 Noblesse requirement. I understand there are high lvl bot groups but at least it'll take out even the active players under lvl 99 to not be able to join. Lets face it, if a single R99 toon is in there against anything under 95, its dead. Should be an elite competition not something that you go HEY BRO LET ME SEND ME DARK BLUE PETS AFTER YOU AND FARM TOKENS HUE HUE.



Also, it would be awesome if there was some type of damage needed in order to promote activity instead of 13 players afk'ing even if they are active players and not bots auto signing up.



Requirements:

- 99 Noblesse (I know noble isnt tough but it requires people to at least push out a little more work to get in)

- Requires some type of damage to be done in order to collect tokens to avoid players AFK'ing after being allowed inside.

Hi, im a legit player...i play over a year...i have my main a wynn lvl 96 and my dual yul lvl 93on Shilen, it toke me a whole year to get to 95, i have one apo L set, an apo bow +4 and manage to get a seraph L to do tour 95, i have no epics, no talisman, and i have like 100 kk of adena in my char, if i could sell all the things i have in my account i probably get to 2 billons, that's all i have, i really like this game, and i have very big lag on SH3 and GF, sometimes like 20 sec delays, becouse of the bot problems, is so sad to see entires pt bots run and run weeks after weeks, and nothing happen, most of them own by the liders clans on the server, FLT, GODS, etc, and i know this becouse i saw a pt bot in GF running around a whole week non stop whit Gods clan tag, and once i was in a Spicula pt whit FLT membres, and we went to the spot, and the pt bot there stop just until we finish the quest...so the thing is i got bann...last week i try to login in my account like i did it for the past year, to do dailys, i play 3 or 4 hs a day becouse of work, i do tour 95 and k90 etc, sometimes some RB, but i could'nt login, so i went to the web and i saw my status BANNED, i was like WTF..?? me? really im no adena seller i have no epics, no adena, have one char on my account i play over a year to get to 95 and i get bann? why? becouse some ******* reported me? probably becouse i didn't answer hes question on time in GF becouse of the delay, this thank NoWayOut, was the leader of the pt, mobs kill me and the helaer ress me i accept 3 times, and after 10 sec i stand up, he said bot reported, and kick me out of the pt..next day i was banned....problem is i want to keep playing..so i need to know if there is a way to get my char back, donation or whatever, if someone could help me on this will be great.....and im so angry becouse i use my time in front of the PC to lvl up, to get things, i don't use bot programs so i don't get in any trouble but it seem NCsoft ban people legit players whitout lookin very much. thanks.

I seem to be having an issue with vitality not regenerating properly

I am playing Sigel Hell Knight and i need some info on how to make my char a beast till 95.



I just lvled up to 88lvl, i wear a defense type twilight heavy set +3,3*60,an apocalypse cutter health +150 and i have full twilight jewels +3.

Also i have a party mask +3 CON (they told me to wear that accessory cause +CON is the best stat right now for my class).

I didn't put any dyes yet cause i don't know which are more effective.



I want to ask,what dyes should i put on my HK,is this party mask good enough or should i put something else better than this one,also about my gear,is it good or should i change something(even add more like shirt,belt,talismans and stuff)?and whatever else you can tell me to be way more effective both in pvp/pve.the budget is low,but as long as I have time,I can manage to find adenas to complete my char.

Best way to counter daggers and what to think about

Helloj all,

Short story: Only thing I have problem with in pvp is daggers, what to do to counter them the best way? armor, dyes etc.



I currently have like 40k HP with rose buff on but the daggers just hit to hard, healing goes ok untill they crit me and Im down as it just a 1hit. I know daggers are OP atm but instead of focusing that they are beasts in pvp what should one do to stay alive longer?

Hi...my Tyrr is 97 now and I'm curious...if I box my ISS behind it am I able to solo in LoC or Raiders crossroads? Someone in game was telling me how great the xp was in LoC, and that I should go there....so I went to the place and discovered nasty looking monsters in bunches. I'll attack them 1 by 1 if they're not agro...anyone know if that's possible or not? Or is it party AOE only there? As for the crossroads, I haven't checked that out yet. Someone also had mentioned Gainak too....I wasn't sure where to go there...but outside of town there are 3 different type of plant or tree type mobs, that are actually pretty easy, but the xp isn't that worth it.

Playing a PvE-Only Game Really Made me Miss You People

So I tried FF14 and all I have to say is I don't know what's up with PvE-Only games (pvp practically wasn't implement in FF14 ARR) but the great irony is that they seem to attract really absurd people who seriously don't go outside, it was ridiculous.



Examples:



I was laughing in clan chat about this healer in a random that was high, and then some healer in the clan talks about how he queues even though he's max level. YO I'm talking about high as in, you know, high, not f'ing game levels, this has nothing to do with the game, LOL.



Some UK guys in clan so I started trying to talk to them about the Premier League. They are literally like what's soccer (they said they don't watch much TV, don't watch sports either). SERIOUSLY? GO OUTSIDE, JESUS LOL



Sidebar, DAVID MOYES #1 LOLOLOLOLOL Starting Tom Cleverly on the wing against Man City, really? Someone has to be bribing him to be this stupid or he just really doesn't know what's going on. Anyone who plays the FIFA video game can manage better than Moyes.









The final example is I talked about bootstrapping when trying to do my best in a random group. Someone took that to be offensive for god knows why (have you heard the expression "pulling myself up by my bootstraps?")





I guess with PvP games like this one the competition attracts people who know how to keep it real. You would think that a PvP game would have a much more live-under-a-rock hardcore community but perhaps PvP people just get it: Life is about knowing what's going on and competition too. The FF14 people can have their 12 hour raid grinds and whatnot, I'll take the rest of the world thank you very much.

Been playing l2 since the game came out so my knowledge of the game is pretty vast. just a couple questions though if someone wouldn't mind helping me on my way. I managed to recover 3/4 of my toons which consist of an iss spectral dancer 86 a othell adventurer 87 and my level 81 dread of whom i would like to 85, which comes to my question. All of my gear from path to awakening is gone, so i was wondering if there is any way i could regear him in the most affordable manor possible? as i only have roughly 40mil spread across my 3 toons.



Not to mention i have no idea what valiance really did, don't really see this new skill system thats supposed to be in the game unless it pertains to clans only. I was around for glory days and tauti so I'm not completely at a loss.

Today on Chronos server, at the end of the 3rd round of Ceremony of Chaos Tournament, the arena #6 was still full of participants: 18 out of 18. Everyone was afk, silently singing Kumbaya and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.



Having auto-signed the Tournament, those 18 Chronos Peace Corps Volunteers were trying really hard to achieve a unique result: ending a match of 18 participants in a tie (a nil draw with 0 kills total).

What a love-all game, what a Triumph of Peace!



That's how this game is supposed to be played! :D



Given these premises, I'd like to thank our hyper-active, ever-working Game Masters Team and Mr.Juji personally for making this outstanding event possible. :o







P.S. Tbh I did not have the patience to wait till the end of that match in a spectator mode, so the end result may actually need an official confirmation.

Spoiling - is it even mildly worth it?

Title says it - do any really high lvl spoilers have made a decent profit? And I mean more than some measily 10kk a month from mats.Oh and by high lvl , I mean 98/99, since mine is 95 and the best I could go for is the 2% R gems at GF...



Are there any places armor/weapon key mats could be spoiled?Checked multiple sites and nothing turned up, same for recipes , except drop from RBs...

I mean , whats the point of spoiling mats if they can't be used? :/



Lastly , any info if spoil is gonna get better at later patches? As it is , I myself can make about 5 R gems(or 5kk) in around 30 mins of trying to spoil steal the bot trains at GF , but that's with the prestige rune for +100% spoil chance....really don't know if that's time efficient.

The first time i ever played Lineage was Lineage 1 episode 9: heine. It was an awesome game, with a strong community. It was a simple, yet hard game to play. many hours i spent grinding away in the ant caves just to procure enough braves for my knight to take part in a castle siege. I played on all the american servers, dep, ken, and then eventually LoA. I was part of the closed and open beta testing of lineage 2 and played for years after the official launch. Throughout the years i've watched as the Lineage franchise slowly made a downward spiral that eventually ended in the discontinuation of the american L1 servers, then the F2P alteration to L2. I restarted L2 at the beginning of the F2P era, and stopped a few months later. Today i updated the game and tried to play, but i couldnt bring myself to even leave town. The greatness of lineage is gone, i believe it left with the death of L1. Time and time again NCSOFT has proven that it has the ability to make a great game, and then run it into the ground. A great game is not defined by graphics and complexity, but rather, its defined by its ability to create an enjoyable gaming experience. And thats something that, in my opinion, NC has lost sight of. Im not angry, just disapointed at the direction this franchise has taken. If any of the big wigs at NC read this: please bring lineage 1 back to your fans in the west. I dont want to play on a emulated pirate L1 server, i want the original Lineage back. :(

Raid Boss Strategy

Hello all,





Today I would like to share with you something I learned while doing the new Valiance field raid bosses. It seems to be the standard strategy on Shilen for healers to sleep the raid minion healers. This is one way of controlling them, but not the only way. And it puts a lot of stress on the healers to sleep, heal, rez and lumi. Healers often leave after 1-2 raids and it's no mystery why.





I reset my dualclass to Sigel Knight last weekend and very quickly found a way to control healers:





Justice Punishment

Attacks the selected target with 25884 Power added to P. Atk, and P. Atk./M. Atk. - 20%. Blocks the use of magic skills. Requires a sword or blunt weapon to be equipped. Over-hit. Critical.





Tanks can chain silence the minion healers. If a Justice Punishment fails to land, Aggression can distract them, Chain Strike/ Chain Hydra interrupts casting, and Shillien Templars can Lightning Strike as well. I recommend Wizard Harmony for these duties, but it is highly effective and the minion heals noticeably less than when one healer tries to sleep. To keep the minions slept with healers requires 2 healers and 1 tank. My way requires one tank per healer and that's it.





Please tell your friends in game because the downside of this strategy is that tanks do have to spam skills (hold down the Justice Punishment key) and can't explain to every single member of the raid why they are *gasp* hitting the healer.

My char was banned and I don't know why. I was in a party, leveling, normally. Maybe some party members was using bot, I guess it was the motive for a "mass ban" that was unfair for/with me. My mother suffered an accident in another state, I'm taking care of her, and I'm using a lan computer there that is IMPOSSIBLE to make downloads, only have retail game. I can't use nothing than the normal game, even if I want.



Internet access from celular here is horrible, that's why I didn't came here before. And, of course, my occupation with my mom. She is in the first place.

Second i just bought a new computer and of course i have windows 8.1 x64. When i tryed to install L2 at 12% sttoped (e02018). I put windows 8 x64, same error. What should i do? Why can i not instal L2? Critical Error and Cant Log In

I recieve critical error while playing, now i cant log in my char when i press log in nothing happend, there is no any screen msg..

I go to start up L2 and the valiance splash screen comes up, but nothing else loads. Computer just sits there with that screen up. Any ideas?

Dead NCSoft or whatever that exist in USA, we all know (including this game staff also) about 3rd party software usage in this game. Quite a long time already this game has lost its momentum thanks to bot programs and scripts. I'm not going to call this staff blind or swear you, just make it clear to us what's your position towards 3rd party software usage in the game.

About downloading L2

I spent all my sunday, trying to figure out, why the hell i cant properly run NClauncher, when i managed to run it, i got shocked a bit, some error started showing up like three times per 1% of update.



Well i read everything from support entries to forums, finally i can tell that i found what is where, so you guys shouldnt go trough pain i had:



1. Download NC-LauncherSetup.

2. Download nclauncher_3_20140217.

3. Download Lineage2Installer (it's available in installation section).



So install all three in order you downloaded them, be aware, do not run anything until you finish installation of all three.



Then run L2 icon on desktop, which was made after installation, then go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\NCLauncher (this must be installed here)



copy: NCLauncher.ini to desktop, open it, and edit line: SelfUpdate=1 to SelfUpdate=0



then uninstall this nclauncher, restart pc, install it again, dont run it, paste NCLauncher.ini file in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\NCLauncher, then when you probably can run launcher from dekstop, be aware, you can't run launcher from file itself. (shortcut contains additional information)

when launcher is running, if you won't get any errors it's ok, but in my case i get errors every few seconds, so i started looking in forums for solutions:

C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\Lineage II\$Patch$\21 in this directory launcher creates torrent file , which can download l2 i probably dont even need to tell you, that you should use it. it may not work at start, but try few times and try renaming copy of original file, eventually it will run. (with no errors)



after downloading it, search just install it somewhere in other disc, and after that, copy files to: C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\Lineage II\$Patch$\21\Patch\Zip

Weapon SA change

Hello i want to change the SA of my weapon but something is wrong! I got the weapon in me i got the soul crystal change stone (same grade as the weapon ofc) and when i go to the blacksmith of mammon the list with optional weapons is totally empty. Since i don't know how many gems R i need i took 1 just to see the options and to check ** many i need more. I try with weapon in my hands even it was the same. So am i doing something wrong or this is not working properly?

Lineage II and Aion Forums

While logged into my NCsoft account, I tried going over to Aion forums (to see if anyone wants to trade Ncoin codes) and it automatically says I entered wrong password attempt 1 out of 5. I have Aion added as a game on this NC account, so I don't know what the issue is.





Should I try to make a completely new NC account to access Aion forums? (Which would be a pain logging in and out, but if that's the way to do it...)

Hi, after last update i have problem with access to website/forum/game when i want visit www lineage it say www no exist, when i want log to game it say i have problem with connection, ofc all work fine, only not l2.... First thing first I didn't know what was the correct section for this post so I post it in general ;)

So, I'm having this problem downloading the file that every like 5 minutes it says "Error E02018 - Cannot download file." I've been downloading it for like 3 days and I'm still at 50% because of this issue... I've asked support and stuff but nothing.. so today I was wandering through my computer folders and I accidently found this torrent file called "Full_LINEAGE2_21" in



Computer>Programs(x86)>NCSoft>Lineage II>$Patch$>21



So I was wondering if it this is the torrent that'll download the game instead of using the game launcher client that gives me problems :) I've already launched that file (it says 6.94 GB) and it seems to download Lineage II anyway :D

Is it correct? can I also download it via uTorrent getting rid of that error and also increasing my download speed (you know torrent is freaking faster xD)???

I'm getting the error 2018 message every time I try to download the game with the NCSoft launcher. I get like 2% farther every time I restart the download before it gives me this error:

I've been able to restart the launcher over and over going up in small increments of % before it gives me the error again. But now I seem to be stuck at 52%.

Hello yday i finished my awaken on main class and i started the dual class. from my clan they told me that subs can take quests to level up but in the npc (adventure npc) there are no quests. so any opinion, its a bug on my char, or anything else? any help is wlc ty

SWS debuff never lands is it broken ?

Hi, I have a 95 SWS and all her debuffs are +10. They all land even the ones that can't be pulsed. The only problem I have is with her. +10 Ultimate Oblivion skill it has never landed on any mob that I've tried. Any others have the same problem out there or is it just extremely rare landing that debuff. Thanks

My character is at level 88 Noblesse (Dayami / Server Chronos) and is already Awakaned, an dualclass (87) and a subclass (61). When I try to sign up for the olympiad games, the game says: "Only Level 85 or higher noblesse characters of an Awakened class can participate in the olympiad games"





I also know a friend who is in Level 88 is already awakened, and can not make the subclass quest because the game says: "only level 85 or higher character of an awakened class (...)"

I'm downloading now the game but it keep saying almost at every file. "error E02018 - can't download file". Since those are useless files like "Music_Town" etc which are not usefull for the game itself, can't you make an option in the gmae launcher that allows you to check a square with the function of "skip all" so will automatically skip those errors and continue the download and retry downloading them later on. Because this is driving me crazy as it's been from yesterday I'm downloading this game and i'm still at 35% because it says error -.- I have to check my computer every 5 minutes to see if the error appears and start back allover the download... (at least is restarts from where it stopped) but if I leave my pc and the error occur it freezes there. So I wasted a full day (24h) still remaining at 35% and if i restart it it will download that file that it couldn't download before but it will say the same thing with the next one and i noticed that they are above all music files.

If I can skip those errors I can download those files later while playing as Aion does

L2 issues with Win 8.1 Enterprise

Need a little help here.



I have already contacted tech support and they are still pending.



So i got a new Dell laptop today. It came with windows 8.1 Enterprise on it.



All my games installed and work with the exception of L2. It will not install no matter what I do.



I get the launcher installed and then when it goes to update it you get an error.



I even copied L2 from another machine and tried to use that. When you do that it starts to update and then gives an error saying its corrupt.



So any help would be great since tech support is taking their time.

I would like to suggest a possibility to create a variation of prestige pack for players lvl 99 main and dual.



As you know the package contains:

1. Prestige rune


2. Prestige cube


3. Eruption vitality potion x10


4. Divine protection x10

A player 99 do not need eruption. We buy this prestige only for a small chance of dark eternal stone that you can obtain from cube.







So, my idea is change eruption vitality potion x10 for Draco potion/Warrior potion (heal 3k ~5k hp).





Please comment and any ideas I can improve it.

Best Archer race

Hellooo guys I'm downloading now Lineage II and I've always wanted to play an Archer but I'm wondering which is the best between Human race or Dark Elf race.

I saw that archer is a powerful character and that Elf archer has low attack (a stat archer rely on to deal massive bursts) but highest speed so most say Human or Dark Elf... I already know that Human is the most equilibrate and that Dark Elf has a very high attack and it's still faster than human which has more HP and defense though but I also heard that when you become Yul Archer you can get a lot of skill that will fit those meh stats and so Dark Elf is better above all because of its higher basic attack and speed... Your suggestions? :)

... cost or chance should not decrease at least 399 HP per second instead of the current 339 HP per second?

Or is it just a translation error or spelling, and that in practice this is usually already?



Please if any Wynn there that may have some random mark that is at least +6 can test. (Or Juji own, could do such a test).



P.S: Choosing chance exile the option of enchantment at +6, appears that decreases 399 HP per second.
