Error downloading Lineage II

Hi, I'm downloading now the game but around 18% it keeps saying there's an error which is something like Unrecognised Operative System... I have windows 8 and I'd like to know how to fix or bypass this error.. is it maybe bacause I have Aion already installed?? I don't thnk so anyway..
