problem submitting a ticket

I just tried to contact the support site but after logging into my master account it asked me to update, which as I understood was forcing me to migrate accounts (I haven't done it yet). When I clicked Cancel it threw me back to the log-in page.



Does it mean that I can't contact support if I haven't migrated my account?
